RETURN POLICIES

BREAKAGE RETURNS

Customer return limitations for product damage during shipment is fifteen (15) days. Customer must include in return, proof of purchase ( A copy of the purchase invoice) and a description of damage to the product. Customers may request a refund or replacement with any item of equal value. Our goal is customer satisfaction.   COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) returns will not be accepted.

RETURNS

Limitations for customer returns is thirty (30) days. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase (copy of the purchase invoice). Returned products must show no evidence of damage and returned in their original packaging container, or properly packaged to prohibit damage during shipment and handling. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) returns will not be accepted.
